Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must carefully inspect the quantity, quality, and assortment to ensure they correspond to the accompanying documents and order. After signing the product receipt, the Buyer waives the right to make claims for issues that could have been identified during the goods acceptance.
The Seller's warranty obligations do not apply to goods assembled by the Buyer themselves (not by the Seller's specialists). The warranty also does not cover damages to the goods incurred during self-delivery and self-lifting. The Buyer cannot refuse to accept goods of proper quality with individually defined properties, i.e. goods that can only be used by the acquiring consumer.
Returns or exchanges of goods are possible under the condition that the packaging, appearance, and consumer properties of the product are preserved, along with the presentation of the product and cash receipts. In such cases, we guarantee a full refund of the product's cost (excluding delivery charges). If the refusal of the product occurs during delivery, the customer is responsible for covering the delivery fees.
